Per the Governor's State of Emergency Declaration and impending inclement weather, all Pocahontas County Schools and Offices will be closed tomorrow, January 19, 2024. Since this is Snow Day number six, students are to complete their first Snow Day packet. Stay safe and warm.
Just a reminder that all students were given snow packets for snow days 6 through 10. These are to be completed on given snow day and turned in when they return to school from given snow day. Also, 8th grade students brought home a permission form for the NAEP assessment and if you choose not to participate, it is to be turned back in to Ms. Hill by February 1st.

Pocahontas County Science Fair Rescheduled.
Pocahontas County Schools is closing on Wednesday, January 17 due to the forecasted wind chill temperatures. This is our last accrued time snow day. Our next snow day will include snow day packets and/or virtual work. Stay warm and be careful!
Due to the current weather and forecast for tonight, all Pocahontas County Schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
Reminder that we must have form turned in to office tomorrow for any child who will use after school tutoring at any point this year. Some examples would be - interventions, homework help, fair or project help, after school drama, etc. Thank you!
